We recommend that the meters run ReinoNet parking management system. ReinoNet enables faults to be rapidly identified through self-diagnosis, which is conducted by the parking meter and then communicated back to ReinoNet. Fault reports can subsequently be routed directly to the technicians' pagers allowing for immediate response to faults. Once attended, the time of arrival and details of the service will be recorded on a handheld data logger, allowing accurate reporting on the achievement of response times for the relevant type of event. Through the ReinoNet management system you will have access to all reporting details providing visibility of servicing performance and allowing a definitive identification of whether service level agreements are being met and/or exceeded.
